Your Jae Luxe experience starts here. Please read all booking policies below before choosing your service and reserving your appointment.
• Located in Madison, Tennessee.
• Your exact address is sent immediately after booking.
• Provide the correct email and phone number for confirmations and reminders.
Location & Confirmation
• Complete a consultation before booking any service that requires one.
• Answer all consultation questions accurately.
• An incomplete required consultation may result in rescheduling.
Consultations
• Accepted: Zelle, cash, credit/debit cards, and tap to pay.
• Cash App is not accepted.
• Bring exact cash—change is not provided.
Payments
• Cancel and reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment.
• One deposit transfer is allowed for rescheduled appointments .
• A second rescheduling requires a new deposit.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the booked service price.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Missed appointments without notice: a fee equal to 100% of the booked service price.
• No-call/no-show clients will be blocked from future booking.
No-Call/ No-Show
• Read the full service description before booking.
• Select the correct hair length, style, and required extras.
• Incorrect selections may change your price or appointment time.

BOOK THE CORRECT SERVICE
• A $20 nonrefundable deposit reserves your appointment.
• Your deposit transfers once with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Additional rescheduling requires a new deposit.
• If I cancel your appointment, your deposit is refunded.
Deposits
Special Appointments
• Squeeze in, same day and after hour appointments additional $30
• A 10-minute grace period is provided.
• After 10 minutes: $15 late fee.
• At 15 minutes: appointment canceled; a fee equal to 100% of the booked service price applies.
• Contacting me does not extend the grace period.
Late Arrivals
• Please arrive alone.
• No additional guests or children unless they are receiving a service.
Guest & Children
• Arrive with your previous hairstyle fully taken down.
• Wear your hair loose and accessible for your service.
Before You Arrive
• By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the website and booking policies.
• Submitting a booking request, paying a deposit, and/or receiving services indicates acceptance of the applicable terms.
• Policy violations may result in cancellation, deposit forfeiture, applicable fees, or refusal of future services.
• Charges to your payment method are subject to the authorization provided during booking.
• Appointment records, messages, invoices, payment records, confirmations, and signed agreements may be retained for business records and used to respond to disputes, chargebacks, claims, or legal proceedings.
